Patterns are offered in the membership area for 2 years for our members
to download for free before they are only offered for purchase as single
patterns or on CD's. Members also have other great discounts on our CD
ROM's and patterns no longer available to members.

If you would like information about our
membership or CD's please click on the buttons in the column on the
right. Within 48 hours of paying an email will be sent to you from Artecy Cross Stitch
to confirm your username and password are ready to use. This is a separate
email from the confirmation you will receive from
Paypal to
confirm your payment.
It is not instant access unfortunately as I add each
member in manually. We accept payments from all over the world.
If your
currency is not listed you can still pay with any of these four currencies.
Just use one currency that you would like to pay through. The equivalent
amount in your currency will be deducted from your credit card depending on

Please note there are no refunds or
exchanges given for purchases of our CD ROM's, please check the catalogues
before purchase. Our CD's are for
PC users only, we do not have versions for MAC users unfortunately.
If you provide no discount code or an
invalid code we will email you to request you pay the difference or your
order will not be processed at the discounted rate and will be reversed.
